William Pardee

Bill grew up in Western Washington, and received his undergraduate, juris doctorate, and master of laws in taxation degrees in both Eastern and Western Washington. Prior to coming to Worth Law Group, Bill worked a land development company for three and half years litigating land use and regulatory issues, and then spent the past seven plus years as an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) with the Washington State Department of Revenue (Department), where he resolved hundreds of taxpayer appeals by issuing writing determinations and settling matters, and representing the Department in matters before the Washington State Board of Tax Appeals (BTA). In his new role with Worth Law Group he intends to bring his wealth of experience in state and local tax (SALT) matters to the aid of his clients, and grow the SALT practice at the firm. He will also apply his advanced education in tax law to federal tax issues as well, including complex estate and gift tax planning, and trust and estate tax litigation.
