Attendees will examine both IFRS Financial Statements and U.S. GAAP Financial Statements, outlining basic distinctions between U.S. GAAP and IFRS reports. Identify underlying concepts to preparing a financial report. Observe similarities and differences between IFRS financial statement presentation and disclosure requirements and U.S. GAAP requirements. Observe differences between U.S. GAAP and IFRS financial reporting with regard to assets and liabilities and other reporting issues, including revenue and leases.


Optional: Bring an annual financial report prepared using IFRS or U.S. GAAP.
