Matt has been in the accounting industry for over ten years and specializes in tax and business valuations. Matt works with his clients to value their business for matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, funding, family transitions and preparing for retirement. Matt enjoys working closely with business owners to assist them in properly valuing their business and setting them on the right foot for the next stage in life. He is a Skagit County native with strong ties and familiarity of the unique challenges business in Washington State face.
