Matt has been in the accounting industry for over ten years and specializes in tax and business valuations. Matt works with his clients to value their business for matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, funding, family transitions and preparing for retirement. Matt enjoys working closely with business owners to assist them in properly valuing their business and setting them on the right foot for the next stage in life. He is a Skagit County native with strong ties and familiarity of the unique challenges business in Washington State face. Matt has ties to the Skagit Rotary Club, and is a board member of the Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County (EDASC).

Sallye Quinn

Sallye’s lending and creditor’s rights practice focuses on assisting lenders with documentation and due diligence review as well as representing creditors in bankruptcy and assisting lenders with all aspects of collection, including real and personal property foreclosure. In her real estate practice, Sallye represents a number of clients in all phases of real estate acquisition and leasing and also assists commercial landlords with eviction proceedings. Sallye’s general business practice covers a wide range of business issues, including selecting and forming the business entity, buying and selling assets and interests in operating enterprises, ownership agreements and general contract drafting and negotiation.
