We’ll take a deep dive into whether you can take the Section 199A QBID for rental real estate. The emphasis will be on practical applications and real-life strategies.

Highlights

We’ll take a comprehensive, deep dive into which rentals qualify (and which might not qualify) for the 20% Schedule 199A QBID. Qualification of triple net leases. How to protect yourself if you’re filing returns taking the QBID on land leases or triple net leases. Why not all triple net leases are alike.
