Brianne Tyler
Brianne is the Managing Partner and founder of StoneBridge Valuation, LLC, a boutique business valuation and consulting firm serving Washington State. She focuses her professional time on business valuation and consulting services as they apply to both small and medium-sized private companies. Lately, she has developed a specialized niche within civil litigation, valuing businesses and complex assets for individuals who are facing a difficult legal battle. She has performed business valuations, economic damage calculations, pension valuations, purchase price allocations, and goodwill impairment testing for companies and their owners in a variety of industries including professional practices, manufacturing and distributions processes, real estate development and management, and retail services. Brianne has been qualified as an expert witness, and her valuations expert witness testimony has been for purposes of marital dissolution, estate and gift tax planning, shareholder disputes, probate disputes, and related matters. Brianne recently served in the elected position of Treasurer of the Collaborative Law Professionals of Pierce County Board for 2016 - 2018, is a developer and presenter of courses qualified for continuing education by the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA), and is a member of both the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She received a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington. She holds one specialty business valuation credential, the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
