Organization mission and vision: Children’s Campaign Fund is dedicated to electing champions for children, youth, and families, and holding those leaders accountable. We envision a Washington State that prioritizes investments in a thriving present and future for every child and their family – particularly those impacted by racism and poverty – and that all state leaders recognize that providing for the health, well-being, safety, and learning and development of our children is vital.
Additional details about CCF: Children’s Campaign Fund is a registered 527-political nonprofit/PAC dedicated to electing champions for children, youth, and families, and holding those leaders accountable. Our six core issue areas are: basic needs (including physical health, behavioral health, housing, nutrition, safety and well-being); child welfare; early learning, childcare and family support; IDD/adaptive education needs; juvenile justice reform; and youth development. We strive to leverage strategic advocacy efforts and legislator influence across these interconnected policy areas to achieve more equitable and transformative outcomes for children, youth, and families across Washington State.
Volunteer Opportunities: We are looking for folks who might be interested in any of the following opportunities: general volunteer service on our Finance Committee, full board membership including service on our Finance Committee, or full board membership as our Treasurer (an Officer role and member of the Executive Committee and Finance Committee). Our hope is to develop a committee with a broad variety of finance-related expertise represented among its members – including accounting, general financial management, financial planning, PDC/campaign compliance, and more.Apply Online
