The Emerging Leaders Workshop is designed to help accounting professionals like you—and the teams you lead—leverage strengths for impactful results. With guidance from Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coaches, attendees will learn how to maximize individual talents and apply them for greater organizational success. With WSCPA’s deep understanding of the accounting landscape and industry needs, this workshop delivers tools that go beyond personal development—creating more effective teams, stronger leaders, and thriving work environments. Whether you're leading a team today or preparing to step into that role in the future, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to realize your full potential.
