Kelsea has 5+ years of experience consulting and has worked with hundreds of businesses and employees in areas like strategic planning and burnout prevention. Before that, she spent 8+ years in mental health and working as a clinical therapist. Kelsea has an organic audience of 150k+ across social platforms, which has landed her collaborations and keynotes with brands like Urban Decay, The National Post, Girlboss, Teacher Vision, and Arizona State University. Kelsea is also an Air Force spouse of 10 years, and mom to a firey four-year-old daughter.

Katie Niemeyer

Katie Niemeyer is a professional speaker, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and CRNA who relentlessly encourages others to overcome obstacles and reach new goals.

As a teen, Katie nearly died in a hospital burn unit in St. Louis, Mo., where she suffered from an adverse reaction to medication, a rare condition called Stevens Johnson Syndrome (SJS). She shared on The Steve Harvey Show how a visit from a stranger in the burn unit taught her the power of one.

Over the last thirty-five years, she has drawn on her lifetime experiences as a SJS survivor, speaker, parent, and medical professional to create a new business, fund groundbreaking medical research, and inspire people to cross their own finish lines.

After winning a competition from athletic apparel designer Under Armour, Katie started a non-profit, where awareness and funds are raised to develop new protocols and treatments for patients facing SJS.

Kimberly Scott

Kimberly Scott, CAE, is the WSCPA President & CEO. She is highly engaged in advocating for the profession at a state and national level. She joined the WSCPA in 2000 and has served in various senior leadership roles throughout the organization, becoming the President & CEO in 2017. From 2009 to 2022, she also served as executive director of the Washington CPA Foundation. While holding the role as WSCPA’s vice president of government and member relations, she led the organization’s advocacy efforts with the successful drafting and passage of multiple bills through the Washington State legislature, including a bill that brought $3.3 million to the Washington CPA Foundation. The Foundation now provides over $500,000 in accounting scholarships each year. She holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. Kimberly is an advocate of lifelong learning and has graduated from programs with Heroic Speaking, Leadership Eastside, and received her certificate for DEI in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. Kimberly currently serves on the AICPA’s National Pipeline Advisory Group. She is an active volunteer and has served on many boards in various positions, including recently serving on the AICPAs Women’s Initiatives Executive committee, the WSAEs DEI Task Force, the HomewardPet Board of Directors and the Human Services Commission for her city.
